non-refundable birthday party deposit is generally due at time of
reservation. If a deposit is not received within one (1) week from the date
of the reservation, the management reserves the right to cancel the
reservation without further notification. v
No outside
food is permitted with the exceptions of cake and ice cream. The management reserves the right to add
additional policies and procedures as it feels necessary. v
Odyssey
reserves the right to modify packages as necessary. Prices subject to
change. v
A 10%
service charge will be added to parties with 20 or more Guests. A guest is defined as anyone in the party
room for a period of 15 minutes or longer. v
Birthday
parties receive one and a half (1 ½) hours in a private party room, which
begins immediately at your party’s scheduled reservation time. Not the
time of arrival. After the
reservation time has expired, Guests must leave the private room. Depending on availability, Guests may be
able to utilize a dining room table. v
Each party
package requires a minimum of 8 paid participants per room.
Additional rooms may be available on advanced request for an extra charge. Extra rooms
will require an additional 8 paid guests. v
Birthday
party add-on discounts are only available during the reserved party room
scheduled time. v
