Facility Policies and Procedures: $25.00 non-refundable birthday party room deposit is generally
due at time of reservation. However if a deposit is not received within (48) forty-eight hours from the date of the reservation, the management reserves the right
to cancel the reservation without further notification. All party packages require a minimum of 8 paid participants per room booking. A 10% automatic gratuity will be added for parties with 20 or more Guests. A guest is defined by Odyssey Fun World as anyone in the party room. Additional rooms may be available on advance request depending on availability for an extra charge. Each added room will require an additional $25 deposit and a minimum of 8 guests. 2 rooms = 16 guests minimum and a $50.00 deposit No outside food is permitted with the exception of cake and ice cream, and Guests must follow all posted policies and procedures. The management reserves the right to add additional policies and procedures as it feels necessary. Odyssey reserves the right to modify packages as

Not the time of arrival. After the reservation time expires, Guests must leave the private room. Depending on availability, Guests may be able to utilize a dining room table Please remember that only paid participants receive entertainment and food options; Chaperones will need to purchase any additional items through their party coordinator. And Odyssey Fun World reserves the right to substitute or modify packages as necessary Birthday party add-on discounts are only available during the reserved party room scheduled All Guests entering Exploration Adventure must wear socks. If a Guest does not have socks, they may purchase them at the ticket booth window Deposits are non-refundable, and Odyssey Fun World has a no refund policy for additional items purchased A 10% service charge will applied to same day reservations Our packages were designed with you in mind, and we are sure that they will meet your needs.
