To ensure an equally fun experience for all of our party participants, Odyssey Fun World follows these policies and regulations for safety and security of all guests.

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is generally due when we reserve your event.  However if a deposit is not received within 1 week from the date of the reservation, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notification.  Any changes to your reservation date must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and will be granted depending on availability

There is a minimum of 8 paid guests per room booking.  An automatic 10% service charge will be added for all parties with 20 or more Guests. A guest is defined by Odyssey Fun World as anyone in the party room for a period of 15 minutes or longer

Additional rooms may be available on request depending on availability for an extra charge.  Each added room will require an additional $25 deposit and a minimum of 8 guests.  2 rooms = 16 guests minimum and a $50.00 deposit

No outside food is permitted except a birthday cake, cup cakes and ice cream

Guests must follow all posted policies and procedures.  The management reserves the right to add additional policies and procedures as it feels necessary

Birthday parties receive one and a half (1 ½) hours in a private party room which begins immediately at your parties scheduled reservation time.  Not the time of arrival. After the reservation time expires, Guests must leave the private room.  Depending on availability, Guests may be able to utilize a dining room table

Please remember that only paid participants receive entertainment and food options; Chaperones will need to purchase any additional items through their party coordinator.  And Odyssey Fun World reserves the right to substitute or modify packages as necessary

Birthday party add-on discounts are only available during the reserved party room scheduled

All Guests entering Exploration Adventure must wear socks.  If a Guest does not have socks, they may purchase them at the ticket booth window

Deposits are non-refundable, and Odyssey Fun World has a no refund policy for additional items purchased

Odyssey Fun World reserves the right to change prices at any time, and to discontinue any advertised offers. All reservation must be made in advance, and the management reserves the right to cancel any reservation they deem necessary. Furthermore, all Guest's must agree to the latest edition of the Facility Policies and Regulations prior to reserving an event.
